Beaumoor introduced to local builders
Builders across Southeast Queensland received an official introduction on Beaudesert’s newest community, Beaumoor, developed in partnership by Moremac and IDA.
Beaumoor, a 250-hectare site at 28 Alice Street in Beaudesert, planned for over 900 lots, recently hit the market with the first stage consisting of 21 lots completely secured within 24 hours.
Moremac representatives hosted a range of builder groups at the Beaudesert Golf Club to showcase plans for the project, as the sales momentum looks set to continue as Beaumoor progresses.
“Beaumoor had a great response when it first hit the market in August and we were really pleased to share that result with builders throughout the Scenic Rim, Gold Coast and Brisbane areas,” said Lachlan Moore, Sales and Marketing Director at Moremac.
“We had purchasers in our first release coming from all of the locations they operate in, so we anticipate we’ll receive further interest for the region. It was great to strengthen our relationship with local construction builders throughout southeast Queensland.”
Beaumoor will be developed into a new community centrally located within walking distance to hospitals, schools, services and entertainment, making it ideal for future residents.
A portion of the site will remain as a conservation reserve complemented by hectares of open green space and parkland, as well as a bike and pedestrian network providing easy access to the Beaudesert locality and surrounding services.
